Still waiting...cannot deliver on product!

After being a victim of smash and grab incident and having my handbag with all its contents stollen I tried to replace my cell phone number. I bought a new SIM card from Telekom and wanted to convert it to my number. The sales assistant requesting the registration of the new sim still I’m not connected. On going into the store again she told me about an hour and it will be sorted... I came back after an hour it was still not sorted. Then they told me there was a major backlog so i’ll Just have to wait.....day 3 and I’m still waiting! Who needs this after going through such a traumatizing experience.
