Still waiting week 10

10th week now and still waiting for my Fibre, this after being to Telkom Bayside center twice and Call Telkom Call Centre multiple times.

I did receive my Router via Courier on Monday and a sms stating that this service is now ready to use and i will be billed pro rata 09/18/2018 . How is it ready to use and trust me if you don't have service i don't pay anything pro rata!
