Still waiting Waiting WAITING . . . now desperate
I have an SMS from Telkom saying they will do the installation Monday 14th Dec - I got a call from Pearl 10217 yesterday confirming that the installation would now happen today, I also have another SMS saying they will do the installation today Friday 18th Dec 2015. In BOTH cases the technician arrived looked around for 5 minutes, drove off, and haven't been seen again. REF ***. How about sending a qualified technician that is properly trained has pride in his work, can do his job properly, start to finish ! Or am I asking too much ?
