Still waiting to be connected.

The whole holidays our business line and internet has been off. We have been waiting for telkom to reconnect our services with no luck. This actually keeps on happening in our area. Telkom keeps on sending messages "Dear customer, We have your problem in hand and are working toward resolving it." Dear Telkom please pay your employees bonuses so they can do the jobs.
