STILL WAITING!!! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

Called the Telkom call centre to have an adsl line installed at home. I was told the technician will get in touch with me within 7-10 days. That was a MONTH ago. I'm still waiting!!!!! ******** service. How the hell can such a large company give such ****ty service?! Its freaking pathetic.
