Still Waiting on Telkom to Resolve order placed

Since the last report all I received was an escalation reference number and absolutely no response.<br> I app**** to upgrade my existing line speed and data bundle with no joy. 4 Months later and despite making contact with Telkom on numerous occasions, I get different stories but no-one resolves the matter and the staff do not seem to understand what the issue is.<br> Every time I call in, I get a different reason but no resolution.<br> <br> Not even the representatives of Telkom responding to complaints on Hello Peter can deliver on their promise to try and resolve the matter and respond.<br> <br> Pathetic!<br>
