Still waiting on telkom

good day i have ordered a P30 lite pea**** blue by telkom on the 9/4/2019 and still didnt receive my device up on till today 9/5/2019 so its a basically a month that im still waiting, if i phone them its either the phone is out of stock or it will come in a day or two.Very bad service
