Still waiting on Telkom

On the 5/03/2019 I submitted my documents to DSL Telecom & got a prompt respons from them that my documents has been submitted & they are waiting on Telkom to provide relevant approval. To date 22/03/2019 I still do not have any clear answer as to what is happening. Only up date from DSL Telecom is they are waiting on Telkom.

So thanks to DSL Telecon witch keeps me up to date every day but to Telkom What is going on?????
