Still waiting on my LTE app**** 4 months ago......

<p>I app**** online for the R599x24month LTE deal on 24 Feb. My application was successful (Ref: 240 ********** 29). A Telkom consultant called me about a week or so later then for some technical reason could not complete my application and promised to call back the next day. Never happened.</p> <p>I re-app**** for the latest LTE deal on 14 June, albeit for R799x24months, to see if I would get a response this time around. </p> <p>I received a call at approx 08h35 today (Fri 17th June) for the second application. However when I explained to the consultant by the name of Aasif, that I had successfully app**** for the R599x24month deal with no follow-up, he placed my call on hold...for over 30mins. </p> <p>I eventually had to hang up.</p> <p>I have been experiencing constant ADSL issues on my 4Mbps line and want to make the switch to LTE</p> <p>I've been a Telkom client for well over a decade. Can this please be resolved. I'd like my initial successfull LTE application to be honoured.</p>
