STILL WAITING ON "FREE" WIFI ROUTER 6 MONTHS LATER!

It's taken Telkom 5 months to finally correct the incorrect promo deal amount on my account. This after countless telephone calls, facebook messenger requests, etc. However I am still waiting for the free installed wifi router! I have lost count of the number of times I have phoned, messengered etc. each time receiving a different response. First out of stock (September 2020), escalated several times, promised marked urgent, told it would be couriered and take a few days, told a technician would deliver it, told there appeared to be a problem with the technician delivering and again promised it would be couriered. In between several hang ups, inability on both sides to make out what the other person was saying due to an extrememly bad connection. Also a few of the people that I spoke to promised to follow up and get back to me - still waiting! Now what would have happened if I did not have an old router to use in the meantime?????
