Still waiting on delivery

Telkom had promised to deliver a WiFi router to my wife at home within 7 days. Not 7 working days, or 7 to 14 working days After 7 days, we are still waiting on delivery of said router, as well as upgrading of our services. The other issue I have is that when I originally app**** for Telkom Fiber, there was ABSOLUTELY NO INDICATION by Telkom that fiber was NOT available in our area. The order was processed, after which we were told that even though fiber is offered in our neighbourhood, Telkom cannot offer the same to us. That frustration is being added to by the fact that I've incessantly tried calling 2 of the Telkom stores, The Glen and Cresta, trying to find out if either store has the router available for collection, with phones at both stores just ringing and not being answered at all.
