still waiting no phone line
and so the saga continues - no one at TElkom has made contact I am on the chat line facility every morning and still copy and paste answers and we still have no telephone line - how we are expected to run a business is beyond me.. we have spent money on cell calls which we will not be compensated for yet TELKOM treat the customers like toilet paper - I am beyond frustrated and would love suggestions as to where to go next??

05 Mar 2018, 14:44you know social team you are looking actually like a bunch of idiots the line has been fixed by an outside contractor since the truth is now out that the telkom employees and technicians lie and actually dont have a cooking clue about what is going on in the business - this message is an example of such............
