Still waiting for Telkom to repair my ADSL and voice line.
<p>Now waiting for two weeks for Telkom to repair my ADSL and Voice line 263CRZ ********** they keep sending messages to say the lines restored and it hasn't worked since the first complaint. I'm buying data from another service provider which I'm unable to use because of this I wonder if I can claim these costs for the continued lack of service from Telkom</p>
Amazingly still no action from Telkom, seems as if Hello Peter and Facebook complaints have become unimportant, perhaps Telkom have just decided that they have arrived at such a stage that they cannot cope any more so they are now doing the "ostrich" trick, just burying their collective heads in the sand and hoping the danger just disappears. Although I'm still hoping that Telkom will be in touch, pity there's no other economic alternative, we're being held hostage by them
