Still waiting for Telkom to Port my Neotel Number to Telkom

My company has been waiting for Telkom to port the Neotel number to Telkom since MARCH 2019!!! I am beyond mad and ****ed. Why do you guys even take on tasks you cant complete? I send emails and they dont respond. What a pathetic and unprofessional company, no wonder everyone is migrating to mweb.
