Still waiting for Telkom to contact me

Made an online application for data devices 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for Telkom to contact me. <br> <br> I get missed calls on my cell phone from a private number and calls from *** where no one speaks when I answer. A few hours later I get a cryptic email from Telkom stating that they are trying to contact me!<br> <br> There are no numbers you can call to enquire.....<br> <br> seriously doubting their service if they can't even get a sale right!
