Still waiting for Telkom technician to instal passed 21 days now...

I am still awaiting a Telkom technician to come to my house to install ADSL package...I have ADSL and a modem BUT because it is a package of free modem and LIT box etc and technician has to switch us over on the Exchange we sit here hoping - despite 3 appointments not been met by Telkom. I am tried calling 10213 (don't bother they don't answer!!!) I had an appointment set for 27 Nov...then 5 Dec...then 13 Dec....since confirming with Telkom Agent on 22 Nov 2017 this calculates to 22 days without service!!!! They promise 14 to 21 days???? My order number is ********** 78A. Very bad service from Telkom.
