Still waiting for Telkom deliverables

I ordered (upgraded from an old 4mb line that I had for many years) the following package from Telkom for our home on 28 April 2018: ADSL UNLIMITEDhome 10Mbps. I am still waiting for my:

- Free WiFi enabled modem and installation on 24-month contract - Android TV Media Box - TI Mobile data (2GB)

I am still waiting for all of the above from Telkom. They charged me at the upgraded amount but I am still on my old 4mb speed. It's been almost 6 weeks now. Can you please assist me!!
