Still waiting for Telkom!!
We went to the Telkom shop in Secunda the friendly lady tried to help us but still nothing.
Its been almost a month now and still Telkom hasn't bothered to come and move our line after we relocated.
This is really ridiculous 3 dates were given to us and still no response, we took leave for those days and still nothing they didn't even bother to let us know. After i phoned them a few times still nothing. We are paying for this service . and the call center is really ridiculous you hold on forever and when someone finally helps you they cant tell you why the technician never showed!!
Its really ridiculous! The worst service ever!

Please let us know what is going to happen now we still haven't heard from telkom and we are waiting and while we are waiting we are paying for this service. We cant get through to you guys. I tried to phone more than ten times already even went to the shop and still no response.
