Still waiting for telephone line to be repaired

My telkom telephone line is currently not working. I phoned telkom on Monday, 2February2015 to request to get an agent to come over and get it repaired. I received a message on 3February2015, stating that someone will come over on 4February2015 between 7:30am and 4:30pm to repair the telephone line. To date no one has come over and it's a huge inconvenience to me because I made myself available as per the message received from telekom. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received!!!
