Still waiting for technision to come out

I have reported the adsl line to mweb on the 2 November and i am still waiting for telkom to come and fix my line. And I am still waiting and i recived test message from MWEB that faul as been sent to telkom and a technician will come out. I have been waiting for a month now and my adsl line is still not fixed, this very bad service from telkom. what must i do to get further help.
