STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO GET BACK TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>case ********** 0 - All I get is an sms or email saying the case in under investigation, been into clearwater telkom store and asked them to escalate it and they said that the person assigned to my case will get back to me in a week... its now two weeks and yet once again I am having to follow up on a service that I am not receiving. I am tired of this and want a senior manager to contact me and resolve my issue within a week or contact me to cancel my Contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>THIS has been going on for over 6 or 7 months and I am still been ignored but my payments continue to go off. I am in the service industry and find it hard to believe that a large enterprise like telkom has such bad customer service and do not keep to any promise that they make. It is truly shocking.</p> <p> </p> <p>sort it out or get me off this LTE joke of a service.</p>

I do not want to cancel my contract, I would like to get my LTE to work like it used to.
Can someone please contact me telephonically and let me know if and when the inconsistent internet that I am receiving will improve. As mentioned since the antenna was put up there has been an improvement but it is still inconsistant and up and down. I have been exceptionally happy with Telkom up until this point. I would like to continue with my contract if we can resolve the issue with the LTE, if this is not possible then I would like to look at other options like Fibre.
I would also really like a time frame on when someone will get back to me????
