Still waiting for service after a week
<p>Last Sunday I reported my line being faulty , on Wednesday they send us a sms stating the problem has been restored but in fact my line was still off. We are phoning them everyday when they answer they say I must phone them from my landline but my landline is dead they say they will send out a technician but they never come my line is dead for 6 days already and no one is coming out to fix it . My cellphone bill is climbing sky high with all the phone calls to telkom everyday. I am paying for NON SERVICE DELIVERY!</p>
Still waiting for Telkom. Phoned them whole morning long now they say they can only help me wednesday I am losing business as my phone line is dead and I am billing up my cellphone with all these calls to Telkom this matter was suppose to be resolved last week already . I am not willing to wait until Wednesday.
