Still waiting for service after 3 months

I have placed an order gor a fibre connection 3 months ago and yet I am still waiting to be connected. The fibre line has already been laid, i simply need to get a router to connect. I have logged numerous requests with absolutely no answers as to why I have been waiting this long. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you are not able to provide clients with the products you offer then stop selling them!!! Horrible horrible service Telkom!
