Still waiting for service 3 weeks now ....

After 3 weeks and numerous reports to Telkom, I still can't receive any calls . Telkom is inefficient and unreliable. Every time I need to report and I am given a new reference online and on the phone which i am using a cellphone and charges are crazy they keep me on hold forever. Thereafter I get sent a message to say a technician has visited and there is no sight of a technician . Tired of this kind of service <br> <br>
