Still waiting for router afer 2 months

I app**** for a data plan through Telkom Mobile two months ago. I have still not received my router, I go in to the store to ask them for the router as frequently as possible and everytime I get the same responese - they don't have stock and don't know when they will get in. Do not waste your time with telkom mobile rather go to another service provider that has stock.
