Still waiting for REFUND - REF ***A

I subscribed to Telkom for a wifi the beginning of Jan - only to be called back a week later to say they couldn't accommodate me I had to go back to the store. At the store they said they had to re-fund me as all the \cables were stole and they wont be replacing them in my area\" (?????? - never heard of that one before). They said they would have to refund me - took almost 45 minutes to get all my details and I'm still waiting for my refund 2 weeks later! REF ***A - I would like to know if this is going to happen any time soon? Telkom's billing is never late, how long do I have to wait for my R700 (with zero interest)!!!"
