Still waiting for refund

<p>I made a request for a refund, and was contacted by Winnie fairly promptly. After sending all the required documents I have not heard a single word from her regarding my refund. I have emailed her a couple of times with no response. Please can someone tell me what is happening and sort out my refund ASAP.</p>
