Still waiting for phone line to be installed!!

I contacted Telkom about a month and a half ago to get a phone line installed, they told me the line would be installed within 2 weeks, which never happened. I phoned them again after 2 weeks and inquired about the line and was told they would be there on the 25th of August. I phoned on the 25th, because I still had not heard from a technician and the call person said that nothing showed up on the system for a technician to even come and install out line!! I asked the call lady for some assistance on getting the matter sorted and was promised she would take it up with someone for me. To date I am still waiting for the phone line, or some feedback about what the delay is. I am getting fed up with waiting, obviously Telkom does not need the business!
