Still waiting for phone line installation MONTHS later

My husband and I have been waiting for months for our phone line installation. When we call in we are told we will get called back and no one ever does. We once received a sms stating a date they would be coming to do the installation but the address was completely wrong. This is really frustrating as we are in desperate need of a phone line. Please can someone call myself or my husband ASAP in order to get a landline installed , which we app**** for MONTHS ago. Ref No: ***

Good Afternoon, A guy by the name of Mogamat from installations came around to our place last week Thurs and advised that the neighbors are not home where they need to get the connection to the phone line. They said they would return the next day , but unfortunately its a week later and still nothing. Please can this just be resolved ASAP as we urgently need this phone line. reference number : SM230372 *** ***
