Still waiting for phone line installation

My husband and I have been waiting for months for our phone line installation. When we call in we are told we will get called back and no one ever does. We once received a sms stating a date they would be coming to do the installation but the address was completely wrong. This is really frustrating as we are in desperate need of a phone line. Please can someone call myself or my husband ASAP in order to get a landline installed , which we app**** for MONTHS ago. Ref No: ***
