Still waiting for my Unlimitedhome to be connected
At the beginning of October 2017 I cancelled my contract with MWEB and signed up with Telkom for the Unlimitedhome package via Telekom. I was told that I would be migrated hassle free. It is the 8th November 2017 and I am still waiting. In the meantime I had to sign up with Vox to have internet. I am wasting money by phoning and trying to find out what is taking so long without success. Can someone please help me.

If my problem is not sorted out by end of today I will be cancelling my order Unlimitedhome package via Telekom and will be going back to MWEB. You will be the loser of my cash!
