Still waiting for my settlement amount two months later

<p>Two months ago - I went into the Centurion Telkom branch and request a settlement amount on all my devices and I was given a phone to call the back office which I did.</p> <p> </p> <p>Two months later I'm still waiting for that settlement - but you guys have the audacity to send me an sms to request my rating. It's 0.</p> <p> </p> <p>You people are always on time to debit one's account but can't do a simple thing as send one a settlement amount. I'm appalled to say the very least.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sies.</p>
