Still waiting for my refund CASE NR: ***2

<p>I ordered a phone, 22 October, 11 November they deliver the wrong phone, took it back to them, Money was debited from my account 27 October, I told them i want to cancel and till this day still nothing, i just called again now 23 November 16:50 and they say my case is still new and i must wait 21 days?? for what?? a product i ddnt even use?? Hebbana Telkom SA have yol lost it na???? My money please!!! Thank you</p>
