Still waiting for my refund and they keep debiting even though the service was canceled

Canceled device insurance in April before the debit date and they said the debit wouldn't go through but they still the debit went through. This month also May the debit went through. Since they sent me an email saying they have escalated the matter and someone will call me back but I'm still waiting.
