Still waiting for my refund and my deposit amount(for the line ***)

<p>its been a nightmare deling with Telkom.Earlier I faced problem in cancellation of my ADSL line which i requested on 2nd Feb and after many request it was cancelled on 28th March but I have been billed for March and April and I am waiting for the refund of those months and also my deposit amount of 700.Last month in april i got a call from telkom and they said they will refund of 240 for the data and when I asked why so little they said its only for the data and for the telkom line the other department will call and they will tell you how much the refund will be for the line but till now I havent received any call or anykind of refund.</p> <p>please guys can anybody get back to me with the refund of the amount and also my deposit please.</p> <p>I never expected this from Telkom.</p>
