Still waiting for my refund and my deposit amount(for the line ***)

<p>After my last review I got an email that the amount of 1360 will be refunded to my account and was asked to provide me the passport copy and bank statement which I did sent to an email that was provided me.I sent them on 15th May and was expecting for the amount to be reflected in my account on 31st of May but still I did not received the amount, When I called telkom billing department they forwarded the email to concerned person to get back to me or call me but did not received any call from them yet.</p> <p>When is it so diffecult for me to get my refund.</p> <p>Please I want my refund to be reflected to my account ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
