Still waiting for my refund

<p>I app**** through Telkom for a landline to be installed in April 2016 - my deposit, the amount of R700 was paid on 28 April 2016 - Telkom then informed that they were not able to provide me with a landline. It is now October 2016 and I am still waiting for my refund. I have emailed a gentleman from Telkom - Andrew - on various occasions and I am still awaiting any sort of reponse. This is honestly ridiculous, if you cannot provide your customers with the service they paid for, provide me with my due refund. </p>
