Still waiting for my refund

It is 2 months later and I am still waiting for my refund from their incorrect billing!!! No body ever deals with the issue!!!!! The worst service provider EVER!!!! I will never use this company and can't wait to move my final contract across to Vodacom!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT YOU OWE ME!!!
