Still waiting for my refund....

I spoke to several consultants and this matter hasn't been resolved regarding the money that has been debited from my account. I spoke to Xoliswa end of June who then gave me a reference number (Ref: ********** 2), and promised that I will be called regarding my complaint. End of July R485.60 was debited from my account, whereas the amount that should be debited from my account is R149 as per contract.

I then called again on 01/08/2017 and spoke to Nokwanda Xabashe from Durban, who then promised to escalate my complaint and that a recording will be listed to regarding my complaint.

Till date no one has contacted me regarding my complaint. I demand a refund of R336.60 ASAP, before I take this matter further. And for the mere fact that I spoke to 3 consultants with their promises but none of them kept their promise.

I hope this will be addressed as per request.
