Still waiting for my order to be processed

I have placed my order on the 29th of June for an Apple IPhone, the online sales agent then advised that I will receive an sms with my order number to track the delivery on my phone. The deduction took place on the 30th of June and I called the second of July to ask when I will be receiving my details to say when my phone will be delivered, I was told early this week. Tuesday the 6th of July I called and still no order processed and the information was sent on Thursday. It is Thursday again and I called numerous times today and got the reply of my order details was never sent to the processor. I'm fed up this was supposed to be a speedy process but its taking forever to get my order details to the processor so I don't even know when I will be receiving my phone. <br> <br> I moved from Cell C to Telkom for better service..... already don't like the network!!!
