Still waiting for my Fibre installation

<p>In the 2 months after I app**** for fibre installation Telkom has sent Open Serve twice to install only to realise that the network installation was missing the fibre slim box. Now the contractor who does network came and fixed this but Telkom has now resent the OpenServe technicians to come and install the fibre. The last OpenServe guys who came had laid down all the cables into my study so they just need to bring the router and finish up the minor wiring that they had begun 2 months ago. Please telkom send OpenServe technicians today if possible. My last complaint ref is AI ********** and my order number is ********** 69A. Please help!!</p>
