Still waiting for my credit refund after almost four months

<p>My Telkom account was closed four months ago. Making that happen took some doing. Repeated emails and tweets and Hello Peter before I FiNALLY got a response. Now almost four months later I am STILL waiting for my credit to be refunded. No real response from Telkom. Have they ****** my money?</p>
