Still waiting for my cell phone

Im waiting for my cell phone contract from Telkom.<br> they said 3 to 7 working days. this has come and gone.<br> And they money has been deducted from my account. but I still have no phone. You cant speak to someone when you phone 10213. cause no one answers. I waited 3hours on hold<br> Where is my Phone???
