Still waiting for LTE-A contract to be cancelled

We ordered a Telkom LTE-A deal and then cancelled on the 15th Feb (well within our 7 day grace period), and I am STILL fighting with telkom AND the agent we used to come and collect the device and cancel the contract.

They said it would take maximum 7 days - and we are now sitting on almost 2 weeks. Telkoms service is absolutely SHOCKING - would definitely not recommend them!
