Still waiting for line cancellation

<p>I submitted my line cancelltaion form since April 2016 about 4 times now and yet my line is still active ??</p> <p> </p> <p>what does it take to cancel a telkom line ?? , i cant go to the call centre as that another disaster with wait times over an hour ?? can someone please call me to cancel my telkom residential line</p>
