Still waiting for issue to be resolved or technician to be sent out
Ref number 229CTK070218 has not even been looked into for 2 weeks now. This is for a charity organisation which our business supports that helps abused kids etc. and they have not had phones or internet now. No emails, means no donations for them which means they cannot survive. Please fix this ASAP.
