Still waiting for installation/no communication

Order ********** 64: I placed an order for the Unlimited Home Package on the 7th Nov 2017. To date I have not received any communication. I only received my device, but no communication regarding the installation. I have tried calling the call centre, first of all I cannot phone 10213 from a vodacom number, I phoned from a telkom line and was on hold for 40mins, phoned the next day...same story!!! How can such a big company not provide service! We want to make use of your product, but there has to be this massive struggle before anything happens! The technicians are waiting for the orders, but the problem seems to be the call centre!!! Can someone please urgently get back to me.
