still waiting for installation - Unlimited home 4mbps

I app**** for an upgrade on 21 December 2017 and to date no technician has come out to install modem. I cannot believe it takes so long for this to happen. every time I call the call center, they say that my upgrade is sitting with the technical dept and they cant assist me, I must wait for technician to come out. I am very disappointed with the lack of service from Telkom.
