Still waiting for installation

We been waiting for fibre installation. 2 installation guys came and turned back because Open Serve had an address wrong on a previous installation of another client of theirs 2028.

We are penelised for a mistake which was not done by us. Now we have to wait for another week or so while we need internet ASAP..

This is wrong and very unprofessional as the installers refused to do anything.
