Still waiting for installation

<p>I ordered the adsl line on 19 Dec, the technician was scheduled to arrive on the 22nd. We spent the whole day waiting for him and calling the call centre. They kept saying they can't get a hold of him but he will be there. The next day we waited again. Still no technician. The call centre couldn't help us. They just kept saying there is nothing they can do the technician isn't answering his phone. </p> <p>It's the 28th today I called the call centre again and they asked me if the technician was there on the 22nd. They didn't even book another technician or do anything about our query. They couldn't even tell me when my line will be installed. So still nothing, we just wait for them to decide to do their job when it suits them. </p>
